The permitted development rear dormer in this project added an en-suite bedroom, a big family bathroom with a separate shower and a utility room. Increasing both the size and the value of the property

Refurbishments undertaken included:

  • Dorma Extension creating an additional bedroom, bathroom and utility area
  • Rewire to entire property
  • Chimney removal to create additional internal space
  • All walls plastered
  • New kitchen fitted
  • 2 new bathrooms + ensuite fitted
  • Roof repairs
  • New flooring throughout
  • Glass balustrade to replace bannisters
  • Redecoration

The family property had seen no refurbishment since the 1980s, necessitating extensive work to modernise both its aesthetic appeal and functionality.
